1 Week to Get Early Access To Muse, the brainwave-sensing headband #NeuroScience

Muse, the brainwave sensing headband by Canadian company InteraXon, has been taking the internet world by storm. The 4-sensor EEG headband is a sleek, comfortable and fashionable design that allows you to do more with your mind than ever thought possible. Bundled with InteraXon’s suite of exclusive integrated brain health apps, like games and training exercises, Muse lets you use your mind to play games, improve your brain function, and eventually: control devices.

Muse, the brainwave-sensing headband, debuts on the shoulders of close to four years of extensive research and development. It is InteraXon's first consumer offering as it drives to provide brain-enabled products that are accessible, affordable, and an integral part of everyday life.

InteraXon will be accepting contributions to their Indiegogo campaign until December 7th. Contributions above and including $145 (plus shipping, if applicable) earn a Muse headband with brain fitness application and SDK as their reward. Contributions received from InteraXon’s Indiegogo campaign will go towards Muse’s very first production run; delivery of the headbands is currently estimated for mid-2013.

“Today, you can use it to improve your mind but within 10 years this technology will be used to play games and operate toys [or] keep you alert on long drives with fatigue monitoring” (NeuroGadget)

“[InteraXon’s] brainwave sensing headband aims to create more productive ways of thinking by offering wearers the ability to see their brain function in real time” (Wired UK)
